• PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator) and BGS (Beckett Grading Services) are trademarks of their respective companies. Sleevee is not affiliated with either grading service.
• TCGPlayer and CardMarket are trademarks of their respective companies. Pricing data sourced from these platforms is used under their API terms of service.

Sleevee displays card data and imagery for the sole purpose of helping users manage their personal collections. No claim of ownership is made over any third-party intellectual property.

Financial Information Disclaimer

The pricing data displayed in Sleevee, including portfolio valuations, card market values, grading estimates, price alerts, and benchmark comparisons (e.g., S&P 500, gold), is subject to the following:

• Estimated values only: All prices shown are suggested averages calculated from third-party API data (e.g., TCGPlayer market prices, CardMarket averages). They may not reflect actual sale prices, which vary based on condition, seller, buyer demand, and market fluctuations.
• Not real-time data: Pricing data is refreshed periodically (typically daily) and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable for certain cards.
• Condition-based estimates: Value adjustments for card conditions (Mint, Near Mint, Lightly Played, etc.) are calculated using approximate market multipliers and are not guaranteed to match actual market prices.
• Grading estimates are speculative: PSA and BGS grade pricing shown in the Grading Signal feature are estimates based on historical averages. Actual grading results and final sale prices may differ significantly.
• No investment advice: Portfolio performance metrics, P&L calculations, price alerts, and comparison benchmarks are tools for personal tracking only. They should not be used as the basis for financial, investment, or trading decisions.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results. Card values can fluctuate significantly and you could lose value on your collection.

You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make regarding your card collection. Sleevee expressly disclaims any liability for losses or damages arising from reliance on pricing data or portfolio analytics provided by the Service.

Personal Use Disclaimer

Sleevee is designed exclusively for personal collection management. The binder layouts, collection tools, export features, and all other functionality within the application are intended for individual, non-commercial use. Specifically:

• Binder layouts are meant to help you organize and enjoy your personal card collection.
• Shared binder links are for showcasing your collection to friends and fellow collectors, not for commercial listings.
• Collection data exports are for your personal records only.

Sleevee should not be used as a platform for commercial card trading, price arbitrage, or operating a retail card business.

Data Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date card data and pricing information, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of data sourced from third-party APIs. Card data (including names, set information, images, and prices) is provided by external services and may contain errors or omissions.

If you notice inaccurate data within Sleevee, we encourage you to contact us so we can investigate and correct the issue where possible.

Service Availability

Sleevee is provided “as is” without guarantee of continuous availability. The Service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any loss of data or access during these periods. We recommend periodically exporting your collection data for safekeeping.
