Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. Free is free forever — no card, no expiry. You only enter payment when you upgrade to Collector or Archivist.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Switches are prorated against your current billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
Nothing. Your binders, cards, and collections stay intact. You drop back to Free-tier limits — anything beyond those limits stays read-only until you upgrade again or remove the excess.
What’s the difference between Collector and Archivist?+
Collector covers serious collectors: 25 binders, 100 AI scans/month, full portfolio tracking, themed wishlists. Archivist removes every cap and adds power-user features: unlimited everything, valuation PDFs, bulk CSV, vanity URLs, priority support.
Is the price in CAD or USD?+
Both. Use the toggle above the cards to switch — your billing currency is locked in once you subscribe. Tax is added at checkout based on your billing address.
Why are some Archivist features marked "Coming Soon"?+
A handful of premium features (valuation PDF export, bulk CSV, vanity URLs, themed wishlists) are still in development. They’ll roll out to all Archivist subscribers automatically as they ship — no extra charge.
Built by a solo developer — should I trust it with my collection?+
Yes. Your data is encrypted, exportable, never sold, and 2FA is available on every account. Sleevee runs on production infrastructure (Railway, Postgres, Stripe) with the same uptime guarantees as larger SaaS products.
